Nightmare Host is More Like It
Dreamhost is becoming anything but a dream…
Dreamhost is becoming anything but a dream…
PowWeb has stolen my heart, for the sixth year in a row, and I will be ending my affair with DreamHost. The site might be down in the next few days for a few days. Just a little warning ahead of time.
I am a firm believer of water conservation…Â Therefore, I propose…
To start this off, I feel I should say, for the record; Kevin and I ate the weight equivalent of a 20 week-old fetus.
Only the two of us would understand each other this well.
Last night, Kevin and I spent the night with Ian, watched some television, had some snacks, etc etc, great time. I got there on absolute fumes, yikes, no gas and in the middle of a rainstorm.
Well, we had a great time, Ian made an excellent brie and puff pastry with a little risoto… totally delicious.
I feel I must interject myself and go off on Ian a bit. I never knew how considerate, kind and generous Ian was until I moved back to Columbia. He just impresses me more each time we see each other. Yay for intelligent, fun, hot, talented friends. I have found that I have quite a few of them, Ian just tops out the list.
Yeah, so Kevin and I started craving hamburgers after watching Pee Wee’s Playhouse and seeing an advertisment for Chili’s Big Mouth Burgers… Yes, I did say Pee Wee’s Playhouse.
Kevin had never been to Outback Steakhouse so we decided, today would be the day. They have fabulous hamburgers and pretty nice drinks to go with them.
Oh, one problem. Outback doesn’t open until 4:00 pm. We wasted time as best we could, and as only we could. I stopped by a kiosk at the mall and… got a date with a really cute guy! Haha, I’m excited about all that. But back to the story.
First into Outback, we got our delicious hamburgers, ate too much and went back home to crash and recover. I watched Tootsie (HILARIOUS MOVIE!).
As we drove away from Outback, Kevin looks to me and says something along the lines of…
So how old a baby do you think we ate?
I’m not sure what is worse. Kevin comparing our hamburgers to unborn babies or that I knew exactly what he was thinking. Dear god, what has happened to us?! haha. I thought 3 months, turns out, 20 week, which is but one week off. Haha, we are silly.
So now Kevin is at McNally’s and I am at home thinking about going out and my lunch tomorrow with the guy from the mall.
Meanwhile I have to find a way to absolve Opera Boy. He is really nice, awesome etc etc, however too much too quickly and otherwise not compatible.
He just called me.
Hmph.
Working out things with Landon, to myself. It is interesting.
Kevin, major props to him for being able to decipher me, translate me and guide me. You really are an awesome light in my life to lead me through my darkness.
Mike and Kevin (my california guides and best friends)… I miss you.
Landon is a bit stresed out with work. I’m am just a bit stressed out period… Hopefully one of us will be a little less stressed after this one hehe.
I am really getting into this vector art thing. Maybe I will practice enough that I actually become good at it! This puppy kind of looks like an old woman… Oh well LoL!

This is what happens when you have inhaled enough Spirit and are pretty damned tired but still going strong thanks to Regina Spektor.
I just ended a date with me cleaning my bathtub with Spirit (this cleaner we use at Starbucks). What does that say about my love life? haha
I’ve got Spirit, how ’bout you?!
In other news, I have been really tired recently, and stressing out a bit over things. Hopefully this week, and church tomorrow, will settle my thoughts.
I am off then to sleep. What should I listen to?… Hmmmmm
I miss my old Starbucks, a lot.
I have been very tired all day. I spent the mid-noon period with Jeremy and then with Kevin and then with Ian and then with Kevin and David and now… I sleep.
A bit overwhelmed with life and my dad just dropped a small bomb on me. Ugh.
